D'For Dog Intermediate group dog training classes are a fun way to build on your dog's obedience. Our classes are designed for dogs and owners that have already mastered the basics, such as sit, stay and recall.

At Intermediate dog training level we practice life skills and basic obedience (sit, down, stay, recall, heel work, etc) in more and more distracting and difficult situations. We also introduce clicker training at the Intermediate level.

We play plenty of games to help you and your dog learn to effectively listen to each other. You'll learn some cool tricks and there's a competition at the end of the course for top dog honours!

One of our aims at Intermediate level dog training is greater off lead control and we encourage class members to do as much of the class off lead as they can. We also want to teach you and your dog the skills you need to enjoy a happy life together.

Ongoing education and socialisation for dogs is essential, especially during adolescence. Did you know that a large proportion of dogs are either re-homed or euthanized due to basic behaviour problems that develop during adolescence?
